At Toolora, we provide high-quality digital assets. Due to the nature of digital content, which is accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been initiated. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Since our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we only issue refunds under the following specific conditions:

  • Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive the download link due to a technical issue on our end.
  • Major defects: If the product has a critical flaw or does not work as described (and our support team cannot fix it).
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges can be granted.

Exemptions

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Downloadable software products that have been successfully downloaded.
  • Gift cards.
  • Individual items purchased as part of a bundle.
  • Sale or promotional items (Only regular-priced items may be considered for refunds).

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at {support@toolora.com} with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your request is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {support@toolora.com}.

Exchanges

We only replace digital files if they are corrupted or defective. If you need to exchange a file for the same item, email us at {support@toolora.com}.
